1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase the Book.
2. The Book and related materials
The Book is a digital publication delivered as a downloadable file, together with any related toolkits, templates, or bonus materials. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as we operate the Site and maintain the product, subject to these Terms.
3. Purchases, pricing, and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
4. License
When you purchase the Book, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Book and related materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- resell, sublicense, share, or distribute the Book or any portion of it;
- post the Book on file-sharing networks or similar services;
- modify or create derivative works for distribution;
- remove or alter copyright notices.
We retain all intellectual property rights in the Book and the Site.
5. Refund policy
We offer a thirty (30) day refund. If, within thirty days of purchase, you decide the Book was not worth your time, write to the email below and the refund is processed to the original payment method, the same day where possible.

If you subscribe to The Quiet Letter, you will receive periodic emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
7. No professional advice
The Book and the Site are educational. Nothing on the Site or in the Book constitutes legal, tax, financial, accounting, investment, or medical advice. Reading the Book does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, advisor, or other professional relationship. Before acting on anything you learn, consult a licensed professional in the relevant field and jurisdiction.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and the Book are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any results described in the Book will be achieved.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Brian Doyle Wealth, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site, the Book, or related materials. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Book will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brian Doyle Wealth and its affiliates from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Book or the Site.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or the Book if you materially breach these Terms. The license granted to the Book ends if you breach the license terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above will be revised when we do. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
